Get More Invisalign Patients with Google Ads in Dubai
Now an Invisalign provider in the UAE? What patients search, when the brand can go in your ads, DHA price and title rules, keywords, negatives and follow-up.
Just became an Invisalign provider, or want more scans booked? In the UAE the Invisalign name is a usable keyword and, in most cases, a usable headline: it is a trademark, not a prescription drug, so Google's drug-term ban does not touch it. What decides your results is the follow-up. Aligner patients book a scan, take the plan home and compare two or three clinics. Run brand, category and price ad groups, show a real starting price with conditions, name the dentist by their DHA licence title, and follow up for weeks.

What people in the UAE search for
Aligner searches split into adults who want discreet straightening and parents researching for a teenager. In the UAE you will see:
- Brand: "invisalign dubai", "invisalign near me", "invisalign abu dhabi". Highest intent.
- Price: "invisalign cost dubai", "invisalign price uae", "clear aligners price". The first question for almost everyone.
- Category: "clear aligners dubai", "invisible braces", "teeth straightening without braces". Wider net, same patient.
- Comparison: "invisalign vs braces", "invisalign vs other aligners". Answer these on the page, not with ad spend.
Clinic owners and dentists also search "invisalign provider uae", "invisalign course" and "invisalign certification". Those are not patients. Block them.
What your ads can and cannot say
Invisalign is one of the easier dental brands to advertise, but three layers still apply.
- Google treats it as a trademark. It is not on Google's prescription drug list. Under the trademarks policy you can bid on the name as a keyword. Google may restrict it in ad text if the owner complains. Use it in headlines only if you actually provide Invisalign, and never imply you are Align or its official site.
- No guaranteed timelines. "Straight teeth in 3 months, guaranteed" falls under Google's unreliable claims policy and DHA's ban on guaranteed results. The DHA Clinical Guidelines of Orthodontics (version 2, effective 1 March 2026) expect full records, informed consent and a realistic time estimate, so promise an assessment, not an outcome.
- Titles and prices, per DHA. The DHA advertising standard accepts fees and instalment plans, but not price information that is inaccurate or leaves out its conditions. "Specialist Orthodontist" only if it is the licence title. The standard also rejects claims that one profession is better or safer than another, so "orthodontist-led, unlike other clinics" is out.

Invisalign is a medical device made by Align Technology, which has a regional subsidiary in Dubai, Invisalign MEA DMCC (Dental Tribune Middle East). Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2024 requires Emirates Drug Establishment approval to advertise medical products, and it defines these to include medical equipment (official text, FAO mirror). Advertising your aligner treatment is a service advert. If you plan product-led creative, such as device claims, ask Align's regional team what approvals cover it.
Campaign structure
- Brand ad group: "invisalign mirdif", "invisalign near me", exact and phrase match.
- Price ad group: "invisalign cost", "aligners price". Put the starting price in a headline and in price assets, and make sure the same price sits on the landing page.
- Category ad group: "clear aligners", "invisible braces", "straighten teeth without braces".
- Teen campaign, separately: keywords such as "braces for teenager", with ads written for parents. Google does not allow personalised ads to under-18s, so use keywords, not audiences.
- Conversion goal: the scan booking, then import "treatment started" so bidding learns from real starts. See conversion tracking.

Landing page and WhatsApp follow-up
- Price logic, in writing: starting price, what it includes (scan, aligners, refinements, retainers), what changes it, monthly options. Show prices including VAT where VAT applies.
- The dentist: name, DHA licence title, years providing aligners, real cases with written consent.
- The scan offer: free or a fixed fee, and whether it comes off treatment.
- Comparison answers: braces vs aligners, hours of wear, what happens if an aligner is lost.
Send the plan and price in writing the same day as the scan, then check in at one, two and four weeks. Track which leads start treatment, not just who booked a scan. Ask for a Google review at the final aligner stage, with no incentive, as Google's review policy requires.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use the word Invisalign in my Google Ads in the UAE?
Yes, as a keyword, and usually in ad text if you genuinely offer it. Invisalign is not on Google's prescription drug list. Align Technology can file a trademark complaint that restricts the name in ad text, so keep clear aligner headlines ready.
Can a general dentist advertise Invisalign in Dubai?
Yes, if they provide it, but the ad must use the dentist's real DHA licence title. Only advertise a specialist or consultant orthodontist when that is the licensed title.
Should I put the Invisalign price in my ads?
A real starting price with its conditions filters out people who cannot afford treatment. DHA rejects prices without conditions and Google disapproves prices the landing page does not show.
Can I remarket to people who visited my aligner page?
Orthodontics is not named in Google's sensitive health categories, so remarketing is often possible. Keep the ad about the service, never the viewer's teeth, and do not target under-18s.
