Get More Breast Augmentation Patients with Google Ads in Dubai
Breast augmentation ads in Dubai: why body images stop ads serving in the UAE, DHA modesty and photo rules, implant brand limits, keywords and follow-up.
Breast augmentation is advertised every day in Dubai, but only one way works on Google. Google treats exposed breasts as nudity or partial nudity and lists the United Arab Emirates among locations where sexual content does not serve at all, so any suggestive image or wording means the ad never shows. DHA bans nudity and sex appeal in medical advertising. Run text-led ads that sell the plastic surgeon, the consultation and a price range with conditions. Keep implant brand names out unless your approvals cover them, and keep PRP "breast lift" searches out entirely.

What people in the UAE search for
UAE autocomplete on 28 October 2026 returned "breast augmentation dubai price", "breast implants dubai price", "breast augmentation in dubai cost", "breast augmentation surgeon dubai", "breast augmentation with fat transfer", "breast lift dubai price", "breast lift and augmentation dubai", "breast reduction and lift dubai" and "breast implant removal dubai". It also showed implant brand names and "prp breast lift dubai", "vampire breast lift dubai" and "non surgical breast augmentation dubai". Autocomplete does not show volume.
- Augmentation and implants: the core.
- Lift, reduction, revision and removal: distinct patients. Separate ad groups.
- Fat transfer: a technique search. Only if your surgeon performs it.
- PRP and "non-surgical": negatives.
What your ads can and cannot say
- Images decide whether you serve. Google's sexual content policy lists visible female breasts as nudity, "including representations that are blurred or censored", and the lower or outer curve of the breast exposed as partial nudity. It lists the United Arab Emirates among locations where all sexual content will not serve. A swimwear or silhouette image can be enough. Use no body images at all.
- DHA modesty rules. DHA's ST-21 requires images and language not to breach UAE culture and Islamic teachings and not to display intimacy or sex appeal (9.4), and lists nudity as prohibited content (Appendix 2). Surgical procedures need a visible warning statement.
- Implants are medical devices. Promoting a named implant brand is a medical product advert that needs EDE approval under Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2024, and claims must match approved uses (official text). The DHCR policy requires any advertised device to be MOHAP-registered (DHCR policy). Lead with the surgery, not the implant brand.
- PRP. Google's speculative treatments policy names PRP. "PRP breast lift" cannot be advertised.
- Targeting. Cosmetic surgery is an invasive procedure under Google's health personalisation policy: no Customer Match, your data segments or lookalikes. Users under 18 are excluded from personalised ads; write for adults.

Campaign structure
- Ad groups: augmentation, lift, reduction, revision and removal, each with its own page section.
- Text ads with sitelinks: Prices, Our surgeon, Recovery, Consultation. No image assets.
- Watch the policy status: "eligible (limited)" on a breast surgery ad can mean sexual-content classification. Rewrite in clinical terms.
- Combined procedures: breast and abdominal surgery searches belong with tummy tuck patients.

Landing page and WhatsApp follow-up
- The surgeon and facility, DHA title, hospital or day surgical centre.
- Procedure options in clinical language, price range with conditions, what is included.
- Risks, recovery, implant information and the warning statement.
- Results gallery only with written consent and DHA's results-vary statement, behind a clear click rather than on the first screen. DHA's ST-21 (9.6) allows before-and-after images only of the same individual, with the same lens, no photo editing, written consent and the statement "there is no guarantee that the result will be the same, as it might vary from one individual to another", plus the risks, in the same font size as the rest of the advert.

Frequently asked questions
Why is my breast augmentation ad approved but not showing in the UAE?
Google lists the UAE among locations where sexual content does not serve. If an image or phrase led Google to classify the ad as sexual content, it will not show. Remove body images and use clinical wording.
Can I name an implant brand in my ads?
Only with care. Implants are medical devices, so promoting a brand needs EDE approval under UAE law and the device must be registered. Lead with the surgery and let the surgeon explain implant options.
Can I advertise a PRP breast lift?
No. Google's speculative and experimental medical treatment policy names PRP, with an exception only for US FDA-licensed products.
Can I show results photos on the landing page?
Yes, with written consent, the same individual and lens, no editing, and DHA's statement that results may vary, plus the risks. Keep them off the first screen and never in the ad.
