Offering Ellanse in Dubai? How to advertise a collagen-stimulating filler on Google without longevity claims, EDE and DHA rules, keywords and follow-up.

Guide · 28 Oct 2026 · Access One

Quick answer

Added Ellansé to your menu, or searching for an Ellansé supplier in the UAE? We could not verify a UAE distributor, so buy only through the maker's authorised channel and check registration with the EDE. On Google, Ellansé is not a restricted drug term, so the name is usable as a keyword. The trap is the claim it is sold on: how long it lasts. UAE law ties product claims to EDE approval, and DHA bans promises that create unrealistic expectations. Sell a collagen-stimulating treatment, assessed by a named doctor, and let the doctor explain duration face to face.

What people in the UAE search for

Ellansé is a biostimulating filler made with polycaprolactone (PCL). Patients who search for it are usually further along than a first-time filler patient. They have read about collagen stimulators and are comparing options. Expect four groups, and check each in Keyword Planner before you budget:

  • Brand and price: "ellanse dubai", "ellanse price dubai", "ellanse abu dhabi". Small, high intent.
  • Category: "collagen stimulator injection", "biostimulator dubai", "collagen filler". Broader and brand-free.
  • Comparison: "ellanse vs sculptra", "ellanse vs radiesse". Answer on your page. Poor ad keywords, because the reader wants information, not a booking.
  • Concern: "sagging cheeks treatment", "nasolabial folds filler". Use on the landing page more than in bidding.

Clinic owners also type "ellanse supplier" and "ellanse distributor uae". Block them.

Brand, price and category searches for patients. Supplier and training searches come from the trade.

What your ads can and cannot say

  1. Google: Ellansé and polycaprolactone were not on Google's prescription drug list when we checked, so the restricted drug terms rule that blocks toxin brands does not apply. The trademarks policy still lets the owner restrict the name in ad text.
  2. UAE law: Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2024 needs EDE approval to advertise any medical product (Article 44), and approved ads must be truthful, evidence-based and match the approved uses (Article 45) (official text, FAO mirror). A duration in your ad is a product claim. It has to match what the product is approved for in the UAE, and you need the approval to say it.
  3. DHA wording: the DHA advertising standard rejects content that creates unrealistic expectations, refers to recovery time in a way that may mislead, or omits risks. "Lasts for years, zero downtime" fails on two counts.
  4. Audiences: injections are an invasive procedure under Google's health in personalised advertising policy. No Customer Match, your data segments or lookalikes.
Longevity and comparison claims are product claims. Keep them in the consultation, not the ad.

Campaign structure

  • A "biostimulator" campaign, not a brand campaign. Most clinics that use Ellansé also offer other collagen stimulators. One campaign with a brand ad group and a category ad group lets you move budget to whichever converts.
  • Consultation as the conversion, not the call click. Biostimulator patients think longer, so import booked and attended consultations. See conversion tracking.
  • Face and body split. DHA's ST-05 standard (Appendix 1) allows face fillers by dermatologists, plastic surgeons and trained physicians, while fillers in body parts are for dermatologists, plastic surgeons and consultant or specialist physicians in their specialty. If your injector is a GP, keep body terms out.
  • Location: the drive time a patient accepts for a treatment plus review visits.
The ad sells the assessment. The doctor sells the plan, with the claims a patient can rely on.

Landing page and WhatsApp follow-up

  • Plain explanation: what a collagen stimulator is, how it differs from a hyaluronic acid filler, and that it is not easily reversed. Patients need that before they book.
  • The doctor: name, DHA licence title and experience with biostimulators.
  • Risks and warning statement near the price, as ST-21 expects for invasive procedures.
  • Price with conditions (per syringe or per area, number of sessions), matching your ads under Google's unavailable offers policy.
  • Before-and-after: only with written consent and the disclaimer DHA requires. Read before-and-after photos in UAE clinic ads.
Duration questions go to the doctor. WhatsApp offers the slot and the price page.

Anything your team writes in WhatsApp is advertising too. Give reception a short approved script so nobody promises a duration or a result in a chat.

Buying stock

We did not find a verified UAE distributor for Ellansé, so we do not name one. Buy through the maker's authorised channel and check the product's EDE registration. In 2026 the EDE and DHA warned about falsified injectables (The National). A product you cannot prove is genuine is a product you cannot advertise.

Frequently asked questions

Can I advertise Ellansé by name on Google in the UAE?

As a keyword, yes. Ellansé was not on Google's prescription drug list when we checked. The brand owner can restrict it in ad text, and promoting the product needs EDE approval under UAE law, so run a brand-free collagen stimulator ad alongside.

Can I say how long Ellansé lasts in my ads?

Only a claim that matches the product's approved use in the UAE, inside an EDE-approved product ad. DHA rejects claims that create unrealistic expectations, so leave duration to the consultation.

Who is the Ellansé distributor in the UAE?

We could not verify one. Buy only through the maker's authorised channel and check registration with the Emirates Drug Establishment.

Can I remarket to people who viewed my Ellansé page?

Expect not. Google treats injections as an invasive medical procedure, which blocks Customer Match, your data segments and lookalikes for those ads.
