Get More Tear Trough Patients with Google Ads in Dubai
Tear trough filler ads in Dubai: sorting dark circle, hollow and eye bag searches, DHA wording rules, who can inject, keywords and an honest follow-up.
Tear trough searches look like one market but are really three: hollows, dark circles and eye bags. Only some of those patients suit under-eye filler. If your ad promises to "erase dark circles", you pay for clicks from people whose problem is pigmentation or puffiness, and you break DHA's rule against unrealistic expectations. Advertise an under-eye assessment with a named, licensed doctor, explain on the page which concerns filler can and cannot help, and route the rest to other treatments you offer. Fillers are not restricted drug terms on Google, so the keyword is open.

What people in the UAE search for
- Treatment: "tear trough filler dubai", "under eye filler dubai", "under eye filler price".
- Concern: "dark circles treatment dubai", "hollow eyes treatment", "tired eyes treatment". Mixed intent. Some suit filler, many do not.
- Eye bags: "eye bags removal dubai", "under eye bags treatment". Often a surgical question (blepharoplasty). Keep them out unless you offer surgery.
- Alternatives: "under eye skin booster", "under eye polynucleotides". A softer option your doctor may prefer for thin skin. See polynucleotide patients.
- Products: "under eye cream", "concealer", "eye patches". Shopping, not treatment.
What your ads can and cannot say
- Unrealistic expectations. DHA's medical advertisement standard (ST-21) rejects content that creates unwarranted expectations about effectiveness, and claims that a treatment is certain or always effective. "Erase dark circles" and "no more tired eyes" are both.
- Risks must be stated. ST-21 rejects ads for invasive or non-invasive procedures without a clear statement of risks, and expects a warning statement for invasive procedures. The under-eye area is delicate, so make the risk statement easy to find.
- Who injects. DHA's ST-05 standard lists face fillers for dermatologists, plastic surgeons, trained physicians and some specialist dentists, and says cosmetic fillers are given by a trained, privileged physician, never to under-18s.
- Google. Fillers are not on the prescription drug list. Filler brand names can be restricted in ad text by their owners under the trademarks policy, and injections switch off Customer Match and lookalikes under the health in personalised advertising policy.
Campaign structure
- Treatment ad group: "tear trough filler", "under eye filler". The page here is the filler page.
- Concern ad group: "hollow eyes", "dark circles treatment", phrase match, sending to a guide page that explains causes and options.
- Price assets only if the page shows the same price with conditions.
- Search terms review weekly in the first month. Under-eye searches pull in a lot of skincare. See negative keywords.
- Conversion: attended assessments, because a share of assessments will rightly end without filler. Bid on the ones that become treatments with offline conversion imports.

Landing page and WhatsApp follow-up
The page should help a patient decide whether to book at all. That filters leads and builds trust.
- Three causes, in plain words: hollowness, pigmentation and puffiness, and which ones filler can help.
- The doctor: name, DHA title and experience with the under-eye area.
- Risks and aftercare, with the warning statement near the price.
- Other options you offer, such as skin boosters or pigmentation treatment, linked from the same page.

Frequently asked questions
Can I advertise tear trough filler as a dark circle treatment?
Be careful. Filler helps some under-eye concerns, not all of them. DHA rejects ads that create unrealistic expectations, so advertise an under-eye assessment and explain the causes on your page.
Who can inject tear trough filler in Dubai?
DHA's non-surgical cosmetic standard lists face fillers for dermatologists, plastic surgeons, trained physicians and some specialist dentists. Nurses are not listed, and fillers are not permitted for patients under 18.
Should eye bag searches go in my tear trough campaign?
Usually not. Eye bag searches often come from people who need a surgical opinion. Add them as negatives unless you offer that assessment.
