Get More Rhinoplasty Patients with Google Ads in Dubai

Rhinoplasty ads in Dubai: surgical vs non-surgical nose searches, DHA photo and recovery rules, licence titles, keywords, negatives and WhatsApp follow-up.

Guide · 28 Oct 2026 · Access One

Quick answer

Rhinoplasty searches in the UAE mix two very different patients. "Rhinoplasty dubai cost", "nose job dubai price" and "closed rhinoplasty dubai" are surgical. "Liquid rhinoplasty dubai" and "non surgical nose job dubai price" are filler searches, a different procedure with different DHA rules. Split them. For surgery, sell the surgeon by DHA licence title and the consultation, keep recovery claims honest, and show results only on the website with DHA's required disclaimer. Patients also search "rhinoplasty dubai instagram", which tells you they want proof, so make the website gallery compliant.

What people in the UAE search for

UAE autocomplete on 28 October 2026 returned "rhinoplasty dubai", "rhinoplasty dubai cost", "rhinoplasty cost in uae", "rhinoplasty dubai reviews", "rhinoplasty dubai instagram", "rhinoplasty dubai best surgeon", "closed rhinoplasty dubai", "nose job dubai price", "nose surgery dubai price", "rhinoplasty abu dhabi cost" and "nose job abu dhabi cost". Non-surgical searches sit beside them: "liquid rhinoplasty dubai", "non surgical nose job dubai price". Autocomplete shows existence, not volume.

  • Surgical price and technique: the core campaign.
  • Proof-seeking: "reviews", "instagram", "best surgeon". Answer with a compliant gallery and real reviews.
  • Revision rhinoplasty: a smaller, high-value group. Separate ad group.
  • Non-surgical: filler searches. Separate campaign or negatives.
Filler and gadget searches go to a different campaign, or into the negative list.

What your ads can and cannot say

  1. Titles. DHA's ST-21 accepts advertising of "qualifications and titles as recognised by DHA". "Rhinoplasty expert" or "nose specialist" are not licence titles. Use the surgeon's DHA title exactly.
  2. Recovery. ST-21 rejects references to recovery time that may lead to unrealistic expectations. "No bruising, back to work in 2 days" is out. Explain recovery at consultation and on the page.
  3. Before and after. DHA's ST-21 (9.6) allows before-and-after images only of the same individual, with the same lens, no photo editing, written consent and the statement "there is no guarantee that the result will be the same, as it might vary from one individual to another", plus the risks, in the same font size as the rest of the advert. Faces are identifiable, so consent must be written and specific (9.1), and ST-21 asks facilities to avoid identifying patients unless they have consented.
  4. No superiority. "Best rhinoplasty surgeon in Dubai" is a keyword people type, not a headline you can use. ST-21 bans "the best" and claims of superior skill.
  5. Google. Cosmetic surgery is an invasive medical procedure under Google's health personalisation policy: no Customer Match, your data segments or lookalikes. Guaranteed-outcome copy falls under the unreliable claims policy.

Campaign structure

  • Surgical campaign: price, technique (open, closed), revision, and area ad groups.
  • Non-surgical campaign if you offer nose fillers. DHA's non-surgical cosmetic standard lists nose fillers for dermatologists and plastic surgeons only (Appendix 1, item 11), so name the doctor. Keep toxin brand names off that page.
  • Consultation as the conversion, then surgery booked. See conversion tracking.
  • Age: Google excludes users under 18 from personalised ads. Write copy for adults.

Landing page and WhatsApp follow-up

  • The surgeon: DHA title, training, facility where surgery takes place.
  • Consultation process: what is assessed, whether imaging is used, what the patient receives in writing.
  • Price range with conditions and what is included (anaesthesia, facility, follow-ups).
  • Risks, recovery and a warning statement, and a consented gallery with the DHA statement.
The clinic points to the consented gallery with its disclaimer rather than sending photos in chat.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use rhinoplasty before-and-after photos in Dubai?

Yes, with conditions. DHA requires written consent, the same individual and lens, no editing, and the statement that results might vary from one individual to another, plus the risks, in the same font size. Keep them on your website rather than in Google ads.

Should I run surgical and non-surgical rhinoplasty together?

No. They are different procedures with different patients and rules. Run them as separate campaigns, or add filler and non-surgical terms as negatives in the surgical campaign.

Can my ad say "best rhinoplasty surgeon"?

No. DHA bans "the best" and claims of superior skill. Bid on the search if you like, but use the surgeon's exact DHA licence title in the ad.
