Get More Sleep Clinic Patients with Google Ads in Dubai
Sleep clinic Google Ads in Dubai: sleep study and snoring searches, CPAP and sleep medicine rules, no remarketing, no self-diagnosis quizzes, insurance checks.
Sleep clinic patients rarely search "sleep medicine". They search the symptom or the test: "snoring treatment", "sleep apnoea test", "sleep study Dubai", "insomnia doctor". Sell the specialist assessment and the study. Google names CPAP machines as a sensitive health example, so there is no remarketing, and sleep medicines such as zolpidem and modafinil are on its prescription drug list. Avoid online "do you have sleep apnoea?" quizzes, which read as self-diagnosis under UAE rules, and check insurance cover for the study before the patient books.

What people in the UAE search for
- Tests: "sleep study Dubai", "sleep apnoea test", "home sleep test", "polysomnography".
- Symptoms: "snoring treatment", "always tired doctor", "insomnia doctor Dubai".
- Specialist: "sleep specialist Dubai", "sleep clinic near me".
- Devices: "CPAP Dubai", "CPAP machine price". Mostly equipment shoppers, unless you supply and support devices.
What your ads can and cannot say
- Sensitive health topic. Google's personalised advertising policy gives "medical devices for sleep apnea like CPAP machines" as an example of the sensitive health category. No Customer Match, your data segments or lookalikes.
- Medicine names. Zolpidem and modafinil are on Google's prescription drug list. Promotional use is not allowed in the UAE (Google, October 2025).
- Devices are medical products. Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2024 requires EDE approval to advertise medical equipment. Advertise "CPAP set-up and follow-up" as a service; name a device only with approval.
- No self-diagnosis. UAE health advertising rules prohibit ads that encourage self-diagnosis (Al Tamimi). A screening questionnaire belongs in the consultation, not in the ad.
- Wording. No "cure snoring", "100%" or "immediate results" (Khaleej Times; Google unreliable claims).
Campaign structure
- Study ad group: sleep study, apnoea test, home sleep test. Explain which one the specialist will choose and why.
- Snoring ad group: often shared with ENT. See ENT patients.
- Assets: sitelinks to the study options, the specialist profile and the insurance page; a callout for home studies only if you offer them. Ads run when someone can answer, often evenings, because bed partners book after a bad night.
- Insomnia ad group: talk about assessment and treatment plans, never pills. Insomnia care overlaps with mental health, see mental health patients.
- Insurance: on Dubai's basic Essential Benefits Plan a specialist visit needs a GP referral (EBP table of benefits), and cover for sleep studies varies by plan, so check before quoting. See Dubai health insurance.
- Conversions: assessments booked, then studies completed. See conversion tracking.
Landing page and WhatsApp follow-up
Each page: the specialist's licensed title, what the assessment includes, in-clinic and home study options, what the night involves, price with conditions, insurers and how results are reviewed. A bed partner often books the visit, so write for them too.

Frequently asked questions
Can I remarket to people interested in sleep apnoea?
No. Google names medical devices for sleep apnoea, such as CPAP machines, as an example of its sensitive health category, so remarketing, Customer Match and lookalikes are not allowed.
Can I advertise CPAP machines by brand in the UAE?
CPAP machines are medical equipment, and UAE law requires EDE approval to advertise a medical product. Advertise set-up and follow-up as a service, and name a device only with approval.
Is an online sleep apnoea quiz a good ad?
Avoid it in ads. UAE health advertising rules prohibit ads that encourage self-diagnosis. Use questionnaires inside the consultation instead.
Does insurance cover sleep studies in Dubai?
It depends on the plan. On the basic Essential Benefits Plan a specialist visit needs a GP referral, so check each patient's cover before quoting for a study.
