Get More Elderly Care Patients with Google Ads in Dubai
Elderly care at home ads in Dubai: reach adult children in the UAE and abroad, DHA referral and licensing rules, Google audience limits, keywords and follow-up.
Elderly care at home is bought by adult children, often from another country, often after a fall, a diagnosis or a hospital stay. Your ads need to reach them, not the parent. Run a UAE campaign and a separate campaign for the countries where your families live, use keywords that name Dubai, and send both to a page that explains the DHA-required physician assessment, your licensed team, prices and how families get updates. Do not plan on remarketing, because Google restricts health audiences even when the ad targets a caretaker. Keep residential "old age home" searches out unless you run one.

What people in the UAE search for
Google Ads Keyword Planner (UAE, English, September 2026):
- Care at home: "care for elderly at home" 140 (about 1.6 times its level 11 months earlier), "elderly care" 140, "carers for elderly" 140, "private carer" 170.
- Doctor at home: "home doctor near me" 8,100 (about 14 times), "call doctor at home" 2,400. Under DHA rules care starts with a physician, so doctor-visit searches feed elderly care.
- Residential: "old age home" 170, "nursing homes near me" 70. These people want a residence, not a home visit.
"Private carer" grew fastest, but some of those searchers want domestic help rather than licensed care. Watch the search terms report and say clearly what you provide.
What your ads can and cannot say
- How care starts. DHA's Standards for Home Healthcare Services (effective 19 February 2025) say services are for physician-referred patients and that a physician must assess the patient face to face before services start. Eligibility includes functional limitations with daily tasks and safety risks such as falls or wandering with cognitive impairment. "Assessment by a physician before care starts" is a requirement and a selling point.
- Licensed people only. The standard says all professionals delivering home healthcare must be DHA-licensed. Do not advertise "nurses" who are not licensed nurses.
- Nursing home is a different licence. The standard lists nursing homes and hospices as separate facility types. Do not call a home-visit service a nursing home.
- No fear. DHA's advertising standard bans language causing undue fear or distress. "Don't wait for the next fall" fails.
- Audiences. Google's health in personalised advertising policy covers disabilities "even when content is oriented toward the user's primary caretaker". Customer Match and your data segments are off. Win on Search.
Campaign structure
- UAE campaign: elderly care, home nurse for elderly, dementia care at home, post-hospital care. Area names you can reach within an hour.
- Families abroad campaign: target the countries your families live in, with keywords that always include Dubai or the UAE, scheduled for their waking hours. See how to reach families abroad.
- Doctor visit campaign: "doctor home visit", "home doctor near me". A good first step into ongoing care.
- Negatives: residential, job, visa and domestic-worker terms. See negative keywords.
- Conversions: enquiry, assessment done, care started. Import care started; a long-term client is worth months of visits.

Landing page and WhatsApp follow-up
- How care starts: referral or doctor visit, physician assessment, care plan, first visit.
- The team: facility licence, nurse and therapist qualifications, the medical director.
- Prices: per visit, per shift or package, with conditions and VAT treatment.
- Updates and consent: how often families hear from you, by which channel, and who may receive health information, with the patient's written consent.
- Phone and WhatsApp with +971 written out for callers abroad.
After care starts, send families a short update on the agreed schedule. Reliable updates are what a family abroad is paying for. Ask for a review once care is settled, with no incentive, as Google's review policy requires.

Frequently asked questions
How do I reach children abroad who arrange care for parents in Dubai?
Run a separate campaign targeting their countries, with keywords that include Dubai or the UAE, scheduled for their waking hours, and a page written for a family managing care remotely.
Can I remarket to families who visited my elderly care page?
Expect not. Google restricts advertiser-curated audiences for sensitive health topics, including disabilities even when the ad is aimed at a caretaker.
Does elderly care at home in Dubai need a doctor's referral?
Yes. DHA's home healthcare standard says services are for physician-referred patients, with a face-to-face physician assessment before care starts.
Should I bid on old age home or nursing home searches?
Only if you run a licensed residential facility. Those searchers want a residence, and DHA licenses nursing homes as a separate facility type.
