Get More Palliative Care Patients with Google Ads in Dubai

Palliative care at home ads in Dubai: what DHA's standard covers, why hospice wording needs a licence, tone rules, Google limits and a gentle campaign.

Guide · 28 Oct 2026 · Access One

Quick answer

Palliative care at home is the most sensitive service a home healthcare provider can advertise, and the families searching for it are often exhausted and frightened. Advertise calmly and precisely: what your team does (symptom and pain management, nursing, support for the family), who is licensed to do it, and how quickly you can start. DHA's home healthcare standard covers palliative care at home and lets registered nurses manage palliative patients with cancer or advanced illness. Do not use urgency tactics, emotional pressure or the word "hospice" unless you hold that licence, and expect no audience targeting.

Plain, calm and specific. The family needs to know what you do and that someone will answer.

What people in the UAE search for

  • Service: "palliative care at home dubai", "home palliative care", "end of life care at home".
  • Condition: "cancer care at home", "home care for terminally ill", "care for bedridden patient at home".
  • Support: "pain management at home", "home nurse for cancer patient", "respite care".
  • Residential: "hospice dubai". Some families want a facility, which is a separate licence.

Relatives often search on the patient's behalf, sometimes from abroad. Write for them.

Service and support terms bring families. Training, job and research searches do not.

What your ads can and cannot say

  1. What the standard covers. DHA's Standards for Home Healthcare Services (effective 19 February 2025) include patients who require palliative care to manage symptoms and provide comfort within the home. Registered nurse tasks include managing palliative patients diagnosed with cancer or advanced progressive illness, including pain management. A face-to-face physician assessment comes first.
  2. Hospice is a facility type. The same standard lists a hospice facility as a separate licensed facility. Do not call a home service a hospice unless you are licensed as one.
  3. No distress, no pressure. DHA's advertising standard rejects language that could cause undue fear or distress, ads that abuse trust or exploit a lack of knowledge, and unsolicited appointment times. No countdowns, no "limited places", no unsolicited follow-up calls.
  4. No claims of certainty. "Pain-free at home, guaranteed" is a guaranteed outcome DHA and Google's unreliable claims policy reject.
  5. Audiences. Google's health in personalised advertising policy treats physical health conditions as sensitive. No Customer Match, your data segments or lookalikes.
Palliative copy that pressures or promises, rewritten with care.

Campaign structure

  • One focused campaign: palliative, end of life, cancer care at home, pain management at home. Small, precise keyword lists.
  • Schedule to when a senior nurse or doctor answers. These calls should not go to voicemail. Use ad scheduling.
  • Families abroad: a separate campaign by country, keywords naming Dubai. See reaching families abroad.
  • Referrers: oncologists, hospital palliative teams and GPs. The standard requires physician referral, so this pathway matters as much as ads.
  • Measure care started, not cost per lead. Do not push automated bidding to chase more enquiries from a small, vulnerable audience.
The first call is a conversation, not a sale.

Landing page and WhatsApp follow-up

  • What you do: symptom and pain management, nursing care, equipment, support for family carers.
  • Who you are: the medical director, physicians and nurses, with DHA titles.
  • How it starts: referral, physician visit, care plan agreed with the patient and family.
  • Costs: per visit, per shift, with conditions; insurance where applicable.
  • Out of hours: exactly who the family calls at night.
In palliative care the reply moves to a human conversation as fast as possible.

After care starts, agree how and when the family is updated, and who may receive information, with the patient's consent where possible. Do not ask grieving families for reviews.

Frequently asked questions

Can a home healthcare provider in Dubai offer palliative care?

Yes. DHA's home healthcare standard covers palliative care at home, including registered nurse management of palliative patients with cancer or advanced illness, after a physician assessment.

Can I advertise hospice care at home?

Avoid the word hospice unless you hold that licence. DHA lists a hospice facility as a separate facility type. Say palliative care at home.

What tone should palliative care ads use?

Calm and factual. DHA rejects language that causes undue fear or distress and ads that exploit trust, so no urgency tactics or emotional pressure.

Can I remarket to families who visited my palliative care page?

No. Google treats health conditions as sensitive, so advertiser-curated audiences are not allowed.
