Aesthetic Clinic Google Ads Leads Not Booking? Fix It
Aesthetic clinic enquiries from Google Ads not booking in Dubai? Fix reply speed, the price conversation, injector trust and follow-up, then bid on bookings.
Access One is the healthcare-only Google Ads agency in Dubai and a Google Partner. This is the order we check a UAE aesthetic clinic account in when this problem comes up. By Youssef Hajri, Founder.
Aesthetic enquiries from Google Ads stall at three points: the first reply is slow, the price conversation goes badly ("how much for lips?" answered with "come in for a consultation"), or the patient does not yet trust the injector. Fix reply speed and give an honest price range with what changes it, show the injector's licensed title and consented results, and follow up twice. Then import booked consultations so Google stops optimising for people who only ask the price.

Quick diagnosis checklist
Most of these are not Google Ads settings. They still decide whether your ad spend books patients.
- You know how many Google enquiries booked a consultation last month, by treatment.
- WhatsApp and calls are answered within minutes during ad hours.
- Reception answers "how much?" with a real range and what changes it.
- Each treatment page shows the injector, licensed title, downtime and a "from" price with conditions.
- Consented results carry a "results may vary" disclaimer.
- Unbooked enquiries get two follow-ups.
- Taps are secondary conversions; booked consultations are imported.
- Ads and keywords avoid deal-hunter wording you do not want.
Diagnostic flowchart
- Do you know your booking rate by treatment?NoStart a lead log: date, treatment, source, outcome.
- Is the first reply within minutes?NoStaff WhatsApp or cut the ad schedule to staffed hours.
- Does reception give a real price range?NoWrite a price script per treatment.
- Does the page build trust in the injector?NoAdd injector profile, licensed title and consented results.
- Is Google bidding on booked consultations?NoImport bookings; set taps to secondary.
- All yes? Look at search terms by outcome: some keywords bring price checkers only.
The likely causes, ranked
- Slow replies. Aesthetic patients message several clinics at once. The clinic that replies first, with something useful, is usually the one they visit.
- Dodging the price. "Please visit for a consultation" in reply to "how much for lip filler?" reads as a hidden price. Many patients stop replying.
- No reason to trust the injector. Patients want to know who will treat them. A page with stock photos and no named doctor loses to one with a profile and real results.
- Deal hunters. Ads built around "offer" and "discount" bring people who compare prices, not clinics.
- Google chasing the wrong action. If WhatsApp taps are primary, Google finds people who tap and ask. See bad quality leads.
How to fix it, step by step
1. Log every enquiry to an outcome
Treatment, source, first reply time, booked, attended. Capture the Google click ID on the landing page with each form and WhatsApp lead. Two weeks shows whether the leak is the ad or the conversation.
2. Reply in minutes, with substance
- Run ads only when someone can reply: Campaigns > Ad schedule (Google's steps).
- Use WhatsApp Business quick replies per treatment: price range, what changes it, downtime, two available slots.
- Use a pre-filled message per treatment page so your team knows what the patient wants before replying.
3. Write the price script
- Give the range: "Lip filler starts from a real price in AED, conditions stated".
- Explain what changes it: amount needed, product, the doctor's assessment.
- Explain the consultation: who sees them, how long it takes, whether the fee is deducted from treatment, if true.
- Offer two slots.
4. Make the page do the trust work
Injector name and title exactly as licensed, years in practice, treatments they perform, what happens at the appointment, downtime, risks, a "from" price with conditions, and consented results with a disclaimer. See before-and-after photo rules in the UAE.
5. Follow up twice
Next day: a short, useful message (an answer to their question, not "just checking in"). Three to five days later: one more, then stop. Never pressure; DHA rules bar urgency lines like "don't delay".
6. Point Google at bookings
In Goals > Conversions > Summary, edit the goal and set WhatsApp and call taps to secondary under Conversion action optimization (Google's guide). Import booked consultations with offline conversion import or enhanced conversions for leads. Then review search terms by booked outcome and cut the ones that only bring price checks.
UAE and DHA specifics
- DHA price rules. Prices in ads must be accurate, with conditions stated, under the DHA advertising standard. That protects you too: a stated range means fewer surprises at the clinic.
- No pressure language. The same standard rules out phrases such as "don't delay" and "achieve the look you want". Follow-ups should inform, not push.
- Licensed titles and scope. Use titles exactly as licensed. In Dubai, the non-surgical cosmetic standards set who may inject, so say who will actually treat the patient.
- Health data on WhatsApp. Ask for name, treatment and preferred time. Do not collect medical history or photos of the patient before consent and consultation.
Fix it yourself, or have it fixed
Fixing the gap between enquiry and booking takes a lead log, a trained front desk with scripts, treatment pages that build trust, a follow-up routine and offline conversion imports. It is part marketing and part operations.
Fix it yourself
- Set up a lead log with click ID capture
- Write price scripts and quick replies per treatment
- Rebuild treatment pages around the injector

Frequently asked questions
Should aesthetic clinics show prices on Google Ads?
A "from" price with conditions usually improves booking rate, because it filters out people who would never pay it. Under DHA rules, any price must be accurate with conditions stated.
Why do people ask the price on WhatsApp and then disappear?
Usually the reply was slow, vague or had no next step. Give the range, what changes it and two appointment slots in one message.
Do offers and discounts help aesthetic bookings?
They raise enquiries, but often from people comparing prices. Test them on one treatment and judge by booked and attended consultations.
How do I tell Google which leads booked?
Capture the click ID with each lead and upload booked consultations through offline conversion import or enhanced conversions for leads.
